Terms of Appointment

Qualifications & Registrations: In accepting any appointment to carry out work, you warrant that you are suitably qualified and registered to perform the works required as contained within the work order. You further agree to comply with all statutory Occupational, Health & Safety regulations and all associated Master Builder guidelines.
Invoicing: To ensure prompt payment, all invoices should (unless otherwise instructed) be invoiced to the Owner of the property c/- First National Real Estate Karratha.
Payment: Subject to the approval of satisfactory completion of works, all payments will be made to you upon receipt of invoice into your nominated Australian bank account.
Disclosure / Privacy: Any work order provided is so issued on behalf of the Owner of the property. Therefore no opinion relative to the work order or any other aspect of the Owners property should be provided to the Tenant and or Occupant of the property. All tenancy details including but not limited to Tenants/Occupants name, email and contact details are not to be released to any third party without the prior consent of First National Real Estate Karratha.
Keys: In the event of any loss of keys/remote to the property subject to the work order issued, you acknowledge that will be responsible for the rekeying of locks (works of which will be invoiced to you). You agree that all keys/remotes issued are to be returned to the office of First National Real Estate Karratha during business hours.
Mitigation: You acknowledge that this work order has been provided on behalf of the Owner/s of the property pertaining to this work order. In accepting this work order you agree to mitigate the Agent (First National Real Estate Karratha) against any loss or damage as a result of performing any works for the Owner/s associated with this work order. This includes the non-payment of works authorised by the Agent on the Owners behalf.
